On 7/15/26 I ordered a gift basket for a dear friend’s husband in TX. They were delivered on the 16th…so far so good. Until, I received a text from my friend that the gift basket had been delivered. As we were texting, I had a sense that something was wrong. My question to my friend lead her to send me a picture of everything in the gift basket. I was devastated with what was sent. I realize the pictures are examples of what is in a gift basket. HOWEVER, had I known that all they did was go to the grocery store and buy: a box of crackers, a package of four different cheese slices in a party tray, a package of salami collection, 3 chocolate bars, a salami stick, 5 fruit bars, and the finale was: a bag of chocolate chip cookies. How disappointing!!! They did not even tray to make the gift basket look special or anything like what is pictured. I called to tell them how awful and disappointed I was in what they sent to my friend’s husband. I asked for a 50% refund, I was told that 10% is all they could do. Unfortunately, I am unable to share a picture of the disasterous gift basket. I will never, ever use Flowers by Roberta in Midlothian, TX again. My friend did not receive

website said "order in the next 5 minutes for same day delivery". so I placed my order to my friend who just got home from surgery, I went on about my day. Hours later, my friend said she never got anything. I go to check my emails and see I had an order confirmation, but they sent a second email 4 minutes later saying "Order volume has far exceeded our expectations, and we cannot accept any more orders for delivery today. Your order has been canceled"!!! I would have been WAY MORE understanding if they would have had the decency to call me and tell me this so I could have called another company, but instead they just sent an email....which I never saw because we aren't all sitting on our emails 24/7. Professionalism would have been a phone call and common courtesy.

The flowers and the balloon are the day of delivery, while the other two images were taken five days later. After adding flower food and changing the water, I was surprised to see the flowers wilt so quickly, despite being told they're "fresh." When I reached out to ask why they died so fast, the only response I received was, "What do you want me to do?" This experience has left me feeling that my $120 was wasted, and I would recommend going somewhere else

Changing to 1 star because the arrangement died after 4 days and it was nothing like the advertising picture. The "Fall Treasures" arrangement on their website was beautiful and full of fall colors, orange and purple - my wife's favorite. The one she received was all yellow with 3 red carnations in it. I would not have ordered that if I knew they were just going to send yellow flowers. I'm attaching the picture from their site and what was received so you can see what you order may not be what you are getting. For reference, I also upgraded it to the premium arrangement.

I had order a floral arrangement by someone ELSE local to us! Gave inspiration photos, plenty of detail of what I wanted. To say what I received was NOT what I asked for is understatement! Although the other person was nice, she did still charge me full price which I paid for something that wasn’t even in the same zip code of the inspiration photos. even after explaining I wasn’t happy in any way, Now to the the Blessing of Ms Roberta……. I was recommended to Ms Roberta by my bff who has used her in the past. When I say Ms Roberta blew it out of the water with the work in making me what I wanted for my special friends funeral/memorial it meet all my expectations and was PERFECT. She looked at my picture and it was amazing, she also did this on a Friday last minute to help me before my friends service on Saturday am. I can NOT thank her enough for kind heart and beautiful work! She will forever have my business going forward! You will not regret working with her! Thank you Ms Roberta again
